FAYETTEVILLE, AR— The Fayetteville Police Dept. has issued a Silver Alert for 65-year-old Marilyn S. Ellis.
Reportedly, she was last seen at her doctor’s office on Feb.7, when she didn’t return home to Siloam Springs, and no one heard from her since.
She is without her prescription medications, her clothing is unknown at the time she went missing, and allegedly, she may have been traveling in a white 2014 Nissan Altima.
Ellis is 5’7″ and has brown hair and hazel eyes.
