Pine Bluff – According to the statement, Pine Bluff Police Department officers responded to a report of someone lying in the road in the area of 200 West 8th Ave. approximately at 7:30 pm.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found a 38-year-old man with gunshot wounds lying in the roadway .
His name is Jason Anderson and he was transported to Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
Unfortunately, he died from his injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
