FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Fayetteville City Council voted to approve a City Board of Health to help with the COVID-19 pandemic during a special meeting Wednesday night. The board will consist of five members and a City Health Officer who will all be appointed by Mayor Lioneld Jordan and approved by the Fayetteville City Council.
