Arkansas – Andrew Faulkner, owner and CEO of Staley Technologies, will continue in the leadership role, according to the release.

POSitive Solutions Group serves as a premier reseller and servicer for NCR solutions in both hospitality and retail industries and provides cloud-based and on-premise technology services for Michigan and the surrounding areas.
Staley Technologies provides software, hardware, cloud-based solutions and managed services with a national service model for industries such as hospitality and retail, healthcare, manufacturing and banking.
Offered services include a range of solutions from network and wireless infrastructure, POS systems and kiosks, digital signage, COVID-Tech and other technologies.
This is Staley Technologies’ second merger within the past year after acquiring BoisePOS Solutions in June.
“The Staley Technologies merger allows POSitive Solutions Group to continue to offer great customer service while also providing additional services to our customers to help push their businesses forward,” said Mark Pierson, previous owner of POSitive Solutions Group. Pierson will stay on as general manager for operations in Michigan.
POSitive Solutions Group and Staley Technologies’ workforce operates across North America and surpasses 200 employees across the country, 85 in Arkansas. The merged company headquarters will operate from Little Rock and add Lansing, Mich. to its list of satellite offices. Other office locations are in Springdale, Atlanta, Orlando, Los Angeles, Columbus, Ohio and Boise, Idaho.
