Arkansas – The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration has reported that medical cannabis sales in the state have surpassed $200 million, according to a KATV report. Patients have purchased 30,648 pounds of medical cannabis since the first dispensary opened in May 2019, the news outlet reported. Green Springs Medical in Hot Springs has sold the most cannabis in the state to date at 3,414 pounds
