FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – In honor of Black History Month and National Study Abroad Day, the Office of Study Abroad and International Exchange is hosting an alumni panel in collaboration with the national #StudyAbroadSoBlack campaign.
The “Ask Me Anything: #StudyAbroadSoBlack” webinar at 4 p.m., on Monday, will feature four Black alumni from the university. The #StudyAbroadSoBlack initiative was launched last year by Howard University to create an online space for Black students who have, or want, to study abroad.
The UA panel includes:
- MyKayla Bowser ’20, who is now a current graduate student in Mental Health Counseling
- Cordarius Enright ’16, who is currently employed at Facebook and previously at Amazon
- Tamara Kuykendall ’20, who is a current graduate student in Higher Education.
