FORT SMITH, Ark. — Two Fort Smith businesses said they are going to allow customers to make the decision whether or not to wear a mask in-store. The owner of Designer Again Consignment said they will keep an eye on the numbers for a while before they make changes to their pandemic policies. Until then, they’ll continue to offer contactless shopping.
